Ketentuan Layanan

• BERIKAN referensi atau deskripsi tentang design dalam formulir yang diberikan dengan terperinci dan teliti sesuai keinginanmu
(Tidak menerima pesanan "terserah seller")• DESIGN akan dibuat sesuai styleku, tolong untuk tidak request style seperti artist lain• PEMBAYARAN (lunas di awal sebelum proses (pembayaran setengah harga bisa dilakukan TERGANTUNG total harga pesanan) Pesanan dianggap FIX setelah pembayaran.
Jika dalam waktu 1x24 jam setelah detail pembayaran dikirim customer TIDAK membayar, maka pesanan otomatis dibatalkan dan akan dimasukkan ke BLACKLISTRevisi• REVISI max 2x (MINOR/kecil) berupa teks/warna lebih dari itu akan dikenakan biaya. Maka dari itu mohon mengisi format order dengan teliti.
• CHIBI tidak dapat direvisi
• REVISI dengan biaya hanya diizinkan 1x lebih dari itu dianggap design ulang
• REVISI MAYOR = Design Baru
• BATAS kesempatan revisi 2x24jam (order reguler) dan 1x24jam ( inrush order) jika belum ada respon juga dianggap fix dan file langsung dikirimEstimasi• ESTIMASI pengerjaan sekitar 3–12 hari setelah pembayaran ( di luar revisi) tergantung jumlah pesanan dan kesibukanku ( untuk COMMIS CHIBI estimasi 3-14 hari)
• PESANAN ≥4 design estimasi diperpanjang sampai ±20 hari. (Terutama pesanan bundle/paket dan chibi layout couple atau lebih)
• TOLONG jangan memburu-buru pengerjaan jika belum lewat batas estimasi, jika butuh cepat akan dikenakan in rush fee
• SAYA tidak akan menanggapi pertanyaan "Sudah jadi ka?" "Kapan jadi ka?" dll, jika belum MELEWATI estimasi.File• FILE dikirim= hasil FIXED tidak bisa direvisi/ubah. Mohon langsung mengunduh file karena saya akan melakukan pembersihan folder rutin.
• SAYA berhak memposting atau memasukkan results ke portfolio dan sosmed (req tidak diposting akan dikenakan fee)Pembatalan• PEMBATALAN / pengembalian dana TIDAK dapat dilakukan setelah FIX Order payment• MENJUAL, memperbanyak, atau menggunakan design/chibi untuk komersial tanpa izin akan dikenakan dendaMemesan = Setuju dengan semua Ketentuanku

Terms of Service

• PROVIDE detailed and precise references or descriptions for the design you want in the form.• THE project will be designed in my style only; please don’t request styles from other artists.• PAYMENT: Full or half upfront (half payment may be accepted depending on the total invoice). The order is considered FINAL after payment. If the customer fails to make payment within 24 hours after the payment details have been sent, the order will be automatically canceled and BLACKLISTEDRevisions:• MAX 2 minor revisions (typos/recolors). More will incur a fee. Please fill out the order format carefully.
• NO REVISION for Chibi
• REVISIONS with a fee are allowed only 1 time; additional revisions will be treated as a redesign.
• MAJOR revisions = New Design.
• REVISION response time: 2 days for regular orders, 1 day for rush orders. No response means the design is fixed, and the file will be sent.Estimates:• ESTIMATED completion: 3–12 days after payment (excluding revisions), depending on queue and workload (chibi comms: 3–14 days).
• ORDER of ≥4 items may take up to 20 days. (Especially Bundle and couple chibi layout or more)
• PLEASE don’t rush me; a rush fee applies for expedited work.
• I won’t respond to "Is it done?" or similar inquiries until the estimated time has PASSED.Final Files:• FILES sent are final; no changes will be accepted. Please download them immediately as I clean up folders regularly.
• I may post results on my portfolio and social media (not posting requests will incur a fee).Cancellation/Refunds:• NO cancellations or refunds after the order is confirmed.• SELLING, duplicating, or using design/chibi for commercial without permission would get penaltyBy ordering, you agree to all these terms.
